This tutorial was done in PSP7, but I'm sure
it can be done in other versions. I am
also assuming you have a basic knowledge
of how to pixel paint. And I strongly
encourage you to use your own colors.

I started with a 150x150 palette...I like
to give myself plently of room. With #FF8080
draw your tulip.

With #406C40, draw a stem and 2 leaves.

With your magic wand, select the inside
of your tulip and flood fill with #FFBDBD.
Next, grab your magic wand again and select
the insides of your leaves and flood fill
with #589058.

Next, I used #FFA9A9 to shade
the tulip like so.

Then with #FFE5E5, I added some highlights.

Finally, with #90BC90, I put some finishing
touches on the leaves.

Now you are all done!
